Best players: Doctor mentions two Bafana Players he was impressed with

 Legendary coach Doctor Khumalo of Kaizer Chiefs and Bafana Bafana has identified two players that stood out for him during South Africa's goalless draw with Namibia.



Many Bafana fans were frustrated by the boring stalemate against the Brave Warriors, but coach Hugo Broos was able to rotate his team and give some new players an opportunity. While Lebo Mothiba made his first appearance for Bafana in nearly four years, Kabomlelo Kodisang and Thabiso Monyane made their senior international debuts.

Khumalo claimed that despite the scoreless draw, Saleng and Mothiba were the two players who stood out to him.

On SABC1, he stated, "I think Saleng did his best, even though he wasn't acting the way I used to see him at Pirates."

However, these are on an entirely different level. You also have Mothiba, who I believed had finally been given a chance after all these years.
